Baptism,
First Communion, Confirmation, and Marriage Certificates
printing are easily and automatically generated!
The
ability of feature to assist parishes for easy and
quick production of sacramental certificates right
after administering the sacraments is definitely an
advantage. All it takes is just a few mouse-clicks
then enter pertinent sacramental information such
as name, date, sponsors, church, priests/deacon or
bishop. Afterwhich, select on the certificate styles
and presto! The printed sacrament certificate is ready!
Below are the step by step guide on how to go about
the procedure:
- Click
PCS Home on left side.

Click PCS Sample Certificates to view certificates
for designer paper, the Cotter series or the
-
Barton-Cotton series.

Click Find to find the Household for
the member – Or – Click New
to Enter a New Household.
2. Click Member Detail when you have
selected the member.
[Note:
If you are entering Baptismal
information, enter the Date of Birth on the Main tab,
and then click the Parents tab
and enter the Names of the Parents and the Birth City.
Click the Sacraments tab. ]

Baptism:

Double-click on a baptismal certificate style to preview
printed certificate:

Click File>Print to print certificate on appropriate
paper.

must be created to correctly print the Communion certificate.

2. Double-click on a Communion certificate style to
preview printed certificate:

6. Select Sacrament from drop-down list
7. Enter all pertinent sacramental information.
If Marriage, click Marriage tab and enter full
names.
8. Double-click on a certificate on the right
